The Chinese Embassy to Angola confirmed last Saturday that 17 Angolan technicians from various ministries will participate in the training, coordinated by the Private Investment and Export Promotion Agency (AIPEX).
The Investment Promotion Seminar will take place in Changsha City, Hunan Province on above-mentioned date and will consist mainly of lectures, field visits and contacts with Chinese entrepreneurs from various sectors.
The main purpose of the seminar is to provide Angolans with a better knowledge of China’s state of development and economic policies.
The meeting also aims to identify new business opportunities, aimed at enhancing economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
China will offer this year training of 200 Angolan professionals in short-term actions in the areas of agriculture, infrastructure, finance, health, logistics, mines, media, tourism, trade and investment.
The Chinese government will hold a large International Import Exhibition in November 2018 in Shanghai, a great opportunity for Angola to display what it has to sell to China.
